China Telecom will investment 28000 million to help Hunan
Province ,China to Increasing network speedand by Universal fiber optic network.

1/25/2013, reporters learned from the
China Telecom Hunan,from 2013 comprehensive
plan start a "smart city" in order to Increase network speed,

Hunan broadband and construction to kick off a new round of speed fiber-based.

According to the general manager of China Telecom Hunan
Liaoren Bin, in the next three years, Hunan Telecom will
further popularized in the province fiber-optic network,
and strive to make the Hunan Network and service
levels among the international advanced level.
